Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom & Europe

  • Selected countries in Asia and the Middle East

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • Free shipping may be available depending on your region and current promotions.

Customs & Import Duties

  • Orders shipped outside the UK may incur import duties, customs fees, or taxes.

  • These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • SOLEVED is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected window:

  1. Check your tracking link.

  2. Contact your local courier if needed.

  3. Still stuck? Reach out to us—we’ll escalate the issue for you.

Note: We’re not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customs holds

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your product is marked pre-order or backorder:

  • The expected dispatch date will be listed at checkout or on the product page.

  • Your full order will ship together unless otherwise stated.
